    There's a high level of illiteracy among the women folk in Africa which stands as a bane to the growth of mobile phone usage by women. The solution to this is simply education. In the northern part of my country Nigeria, illiteracy levels are so high, some women even think it is ungodly or disrespectful to their spouses to own s mobile phone. Any phone company looking to use this opportunity must put education at the fore of their strategies.
