- The Resident Doctors in Abuja called off their three-day warning strike after Nyesom Wike intervened and met most of their demands, including paying salary arrears and approving various allowances and funds.
- The President of the Association, Dr. George Ebong, thanked Wike for his prompt action and requested that other demands be addressed to prevent future strikes, with doctors expected to resume work on Saturday.
