- The Kwara State University, Malete, has been banned from admitting students into its law program for one year due to starting the program without full approval.
- However, current law students at the university are not affected by this ban and can continue their studies as usual.
- The university will comply with the ban and not offer admissions for the law programs in the upcoming academic session, but prospective students can apply to other accredited programs at the university.
