- The EFF in KwaZulu-Natal is protesting outside the uMhlathuze Local Municipality offices to demand the removal of three councillors who failed to provide buses for party members to attend an anniversary event.
- Despite the party's directive for non-compliant councillors to resign, these three councillors have not followed through, leading to planned disruptions at a council sitting to enforce their resignation.
