- The Dangote Group has assured Nigerians that fuel prices will remain stable despite the government's new 15 percent import tariff on petrol and diesel, which is meant to discourage dumping and promote local refining.
- The company's spokesperson emphasized that the tariff is not intended to raise prices and is part of a strategy to strengthen Nigeria's economy and energy independence.
