  • CredPal, a Nigerian buy now, pay later startup, has secured a $15 million bridge round to expand its consumer credit offerings across Africa.
  • Additionally, Disney+ is set to launch in South Africa on May 18, 2022, offering a variety of content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic for a monthly subscription fee of R119 ($8.17).
