Senegal Startup Act set to be passed into law next month

  • The Senegal Startup Act, which aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, has been approved by the country's cabinet and will now be reviewed by the National Assembly for final approval.
  • If passed, Senegal would become the second African country, after Tunisia, to have such a law, with other African countries also working towards similar legislation to support startups and entrepreneurship.
