Ramaphosa assures SACC that government will continue to pursue independent foreign policy
  • President Cyril Ramaphosa met with the South African Council of Churches to talk about important national matters and assured them that South Africa will stick to its own foreign policy.
  • He promised to work closely with churches and emphasized that the country won't take sides with big world powers amidst tensions with the United States.
