Court halts further work on luxury Stellenbosch mountain estate
  • A judge in Western Cape High Court has temporarily stopped the development of a luxury residential estate on Botmaskop mountain slopes above Helshoogte at Stellenbosch.
  • The court order is in response to concerns raised by the Stellenbosch Interest Group about the environmental authorization granted for the planned estate, and it will remain in place until a full review is conducted.
