COSATU, some NPOs tell Parly govt should tax the rich
  • The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) and non-profit organizations suggested to Parliament that taxing the rich would be a better option than increasing value-added tax (VAT) to avoid harming the poorest consumers and some industries.
