- Andela, a tech talent grooming and matching business in Africa, has trained over 1,000 software engineers through programs like the Andela Learning Community since its inception in 2014.
- Inspired by Andela, Oyelade Oladayo founded Enyata, an Academy that trains individuals with no software engineering experience remotely for four months before they become junior developers at the startup.
- Enyata aims to build a community of world-class engineers and has plans for expansion into other African countries like Ghana, Namibia, and Senegal.
