- The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Edo State has regained control of its party Secretariat at No 59, Airport Road, Benin City, after being forcefully ejected by the People’s Democratic Party four years ago.
- The APC Chairman in Edo State, Jarrett Tenebe, explained that the property rightfully belonged to the APC as they had renewed the rent for seven years before the PDP, allegedly with the help of then Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, took it from them forcefully.
