- The All Progressives Congress (APC) claims that the Nigerian economy is improving in all sectors, despite criticism from the Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who highlighted challenges in the country's political, economic, security, and healthcare situations.
- The APC argues that under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, there has been progress in various areas such as trade balance, stock market growth, foreign investments, security improvements, and efforts to boost the economy, aiming for a $1 trillion economy target.
