- Nigeria's military personnel are now prohibited from engaging in homosexuality, body piercing, drunkenness, and other behaviors deemed inappropriate for the armed forces, as outlined in a revised set of terms and conditions signed by President Bola Tinubu.
- The directive also prohibits officers from having amorous relationships with subordinates or their spouses, joining secret societies or political parties, running private businesses, or misusing government property for personal gain.
