- Nigerian Foreign Minister Yusuf Tuggar and British broadcaster Piers Morgan had a social media exchange about the airing of Tuggar's interview on Morgan's show, with Tuggar insisting that the full, unedited version should be shown to avoid misrepresenting Nigeria.
- Morgan responded by assuring Tuggar that the comments would be aired in full, emphasizing the show's uncensored nature.
