- Former Managing Director of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, Ahmed Kuru, and four others were granted N20m bail each by Justice Mojisola Dada of an Ikeja Special Offences Court for their alleged involvement in a N76bn and $31.5m fraud case related to Arik Airline.
- The defendants, including the former Receiver Manager of Arik Airline Ltd and the airline's CEO, were granted bail with one surety each after arguments by their lawyers.
