- Solidaridad is helping small-scale gold miners in Ghana improve their practices through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform that provides guidance on responsible mining in the local dialect.
- The IVR platform has already engaged over 1,000 miners and aims to educate over 200,000 miners in Ghana, Tanzania, and Cote d’Ivoire by 2023 to adopt best mining practices for health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
