I had high hopes for Morocco only to be disappointed like this. They blitzed through the group stages like no man's business only to lose to a team they should never lose to in a million years. The Benin team struggled to get here and I just thought even reaching the round of 16 for a country not known for their football prowess was just as good an achievement they could have ever dreamt of. Not to take anything away from them, they came determined to give a fight and that spirit has seen them into the quarters. I don't think they'll go past next round in my opinion. The team is prone to too many errors like the first missed Ziyech penalty which should have seen Morocco through.
