Rapinoe was just something else all match. She was everywhere pulling the strings and while France was dominant, I just thought she was going to do something sooner or later and then Boom! The second goal. I never imagined the USA would kick France out. France has been wonderful from the first match although being hosts with the home crowd behind helps but it was theirs to win and USA was having none of it. Feel gutted for them, but I am so, so happy with the progress of women's football in the world stage. One day, misogynists who can't resist making snide remarks about women who are doing what they love will come around.
