- Victoria Conteh has become the first woman to coach a top-tier men's team in Sierra Leone by signing a two-year contract with East End Tigers in the Sierra Leone Premier League.
- She aims to follow the success of Chan Yuen-Ting, who led Eastern to win the Hong Kong Premier League title in 2016, and in her first game, she guided Tigers to a 1-1 draw against FC Kallon, maintaining their unbeaten record against them in the league.
