  • African leaders talk about the potential of Africa's young population for economic growth, but many of these leaders are older and have been in power for a long time.
  • While some young leaders exist, they are few, and many young Africans are turning to entrepreneurship instead of politics to make a difference.
  • However, to truly address social issues and inequality, young Africans need to move beyond entrepreneurship and focus on participating in government and political change.
