- Woodlands Police Station refused to accept a hate speech complaint against Education Minister Douglas SYAKALIMA from citizen Patson Kasongo Chalwe, who was told by officers that they could lose their jobs if they admitted the complaint.
- Another member of the Citizens First Central Committee, Genesis Tembo, faced a similar situation when trying to file a complaint against the Political Advisor to the President, Levy Ngoma, for distributing motorbikes in Petauke, Eastern Province, and was eventually directed to the Police Force Headquarters after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
