- The African Transformation Movement (ATM) is stepping in to support the Electoral Commission (IEC) in a case against the African National Congress (ANC), which missed the deadline to submit its candidates for upcoming elections.
- The ATM argues that the ANC cannot appeal the situation since it failed to follow the submission process correctly and that the IEC's online system is functioning properly.
