- ActionSA is asking the Finance Minister to explain how the government will handle the Road Accident Fund's (RAF) liabilities, which exceed R400 billion, after a court ruling deemed its claim form unlawful.
- They are concerned that this ruling could lead to an additional R180 billion in claims, putting significant financial pressure on the national budget and the RAF's ability to process these claims.
