- Nigerians are protesting against police brutality and demanding reform, with demonstrations taking place in over 100 cities.
- The government disbanded the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) and replaced it with a new unit, but protests continue as at least 10 people have been killed by the police, leading to calls for the Inspector General of Police to resign.
- Volunteers are providing medical, legal, and mental health support to protesters, while online campaigns and crowdfunding efforts are helping to sustain the movement.
