- The National Police Service has denied rumors that Central Police Officer Dishen Angoya was scheduled for a court appearance, stating that these claims are false.
- Angoya, who was recently hospitalized, may face internal inquiries regarding his conduct, but any disciplinary actions will be handled within the police service rather than through the courts.
