- President William Ruto's administration has extended an agreement with three Gulf companies to keep importing fuel on credit for two more years under a Government-to-Government oil deal.
- The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority Director General, Daniel Kiptoo, mentioned that this agreement has helped stabilize the currency and reduce costs for importing petroleum products in Kenya.
