Judge quits, again, from Tuju case

- Justice Grace Nzioka has withdrawn from a case where a bank is trying to recover a large sum of money from a company owned by Raphael Tuju.
- The bank wants the company to be placed under receivership to collect the debt, and the case will now be handled by another judge, Mary Kasango.
