- The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has charged a former Machakos County Chief Officer for allegedly using fake academic certificates to get his job, including a forged Bachelor of Commerce degree and a CPA certificate.
- He has been arrested and released on bail, while the EACC is also working to recover the over Ksh1.5 million he earned during his employment.
