- The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) increased the prices of Super Petrol, Kerosene, and Diesel by Ksh0.29, Ksh2.0, and Ksh3.0 per litre respectively, with the new prices set at Ksh176.58, Ksh167.06, and Ksh151.39 per litre.
- The increase was due to the rise in the landed cost of imported diesel, even though the landed cost of super petrol and kerosene decreased, and these new prices will be in effect for the next 30 days starting from January 15.
