- Former Deputy Minister of Information, Pius Enam Hadzide criticized former President John Dramani Mahama for suggesting that spiritual forces caused his electoral defeats in 2016 and 2020, stating that it was disrespectful to Ghanaians.
- Hadzide advised Mahama to be more careful with his words in interviews to prevent further embarrassment to the nation and to show more respect for the intelligence of the electorate.
