- Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has asked to be called "Osahene" Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin instead of "Mr," as the title was given to him by his uncle, the Omanhene of the Efuttu Traditional Council, after a formal customary process.
- He explained that "Osahene" is not a chieftaincy title but a traditional designation that he has earned and wants recognized in official and legislative matters, emphasizing that it should be respected like other titles such as "Dr.," "Alhaji," or "Professor."
