- The Accra Circuit Court Nine has ordered the police to investigate a 35-year-old forex trader accused of defrauding two individuals by taking their money for fake online investments in cryptocurrency platforms.
- The accused, Benjamin Appiah Boateng, did not enter a plea and will return to court on February 5, 2025, after allegedly admitting to gambling away the investments on an online platform called "Stake."
