- The Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) has stopped their strike after progress in negotiations and the migration of staff to a new salary structure.
- The decision was influenced by a new Minister of Education's commitment and the strike's impact on students and the college community.
- Despite the strike being suspended, some issues like compensation and arrears remain unresolved, but CETAG is working to address them and ensure lasting peace.
