- Francis Kapwepwe, also known as 'Why Me', has been making insulting remarks towards President Hakainde Hichilema and the people of Southern Province, leading to a police investigation for hate speech.
- Despite being a repeat offender, he defiantly stated that he would rather die than stop his campaign of insults and is unafraid of facing consequences, claiming he would rather die for Zambians than stand trial.
