- The African National Congress (ANC) supports the new Section 89 Impeachment Committee investigating President Cyril Ramaphosa for possible misconduct related to stolen undeclared US dollars from his wildlife farm.
- ANC Chief Whip Mdumiseni Ntuli emphasized the importance of the inquiry for accountability and clarified that the committee's outcome is uncertain, as it first needs to determine if there is a case for the President to answer.
