Let me get this straight. Balogun gets a red card against bosnia on the softest of calls, faces a one game ban, then FIFA suddenly suspend the suspension so he can play the knockout. Belgium furious, their appeal thrown out as 'inadmissible', uefa saying it crossed a red line. All that circus... And the US still lose 4-1 in the round of 16. De ketelaere ran riot. You genuinely cannot make it up.
They moved mountains to get this man on the pitch and he still couldn't save them ๐ poetic.
still can't believe a red card got quietly overturned mid tournament. imagine being belgium and getting told your appeal is 'inadmissible' ๐ญ

The red card was soft, I'll give them that. But overturning it like that made a mockery of the whole thing. Belgium had every right to be livid.
