- President William Ruto proposed that the Permanent Representatives Committee (PRC) conclude their report on assessing 42 AU entities earmarked for reforms by July during the 38th Ordinary Assembly of the AU.
- He also asked for the implementation of recommendations on the division of labor between the AU, Regional Economic Communities (RECs), and Member States to be expedited.
