- The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) denied claims of searching for an Indian citizen named Bellamkonda Ram Prasad linked to organ harvesting in Kenya, clarifying that a viral social media post about his alleged crimes was false.
- The fake post accused Prasad of running a kidney harvesting syndicate and escaping police custody in India, but the DCI stated that there was no manhunt for him and urged the public not to believe the misleading information.
