- Isaac Kalua, leader of the Green Thinking Action Party of Kenya, wants the Kenya Forest Service board of directors to be changed because he believes they haven't been protecting the forests properly.
- He praised Environment Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale for revoking licenses of developers trying to build in Ngong Forest and hopes the new CS will also address issues within the KFS board to improve forest protection.
