This article was a great refresher on a technical writing class I took several years back. People do think content is king (and I think it is), but every king needs a good knight and typography is key to making reading the actual content pleasing to the eye and easier to process. Supposedly, you also want to have a certain amount of white space on the page too. What are your thoughts on this?
