Oh my God! This should not even be debatable. It has to happen and happen now! The traffic congestion in Lagos is one of the worst in the world (if not the worst) and it has really surprised me how underutilized the vast waterways have been. There were proposals for boat services to ease movement of commuters some years back but nothing came of that. I see this being a reality considering the organization involved especially with the strategic partnerships Uber is seeking to initiate to bring this to reality. Every reasonable measure to ease transportation for Lagos' growing population should and must be welcome.
