    Women are beginning to wake up to the call in this male-dominated field. It's just a shame that venture capitalists and investors are not shelling out more to invest in women-led firms as these firms are guaranteed to yield higher returns than those owned by men. We all know women always bring back everything. This part of the article says it better than i could

    "Economically empowering women leads to better outcomes for society, as women typically invest 90% of their earnings back into their families and communities, compared to 30 to 40% for men"

    However, i am glad initiatives are being taken to improve women participation in tech. It can only get better!
