Women are beginning to wake up to the call in this male-dominated field. It's just a shame that venture capitalists and investors are not shelling out more to invest in women-led firms as these firms are guaranteed to yield higher returns than those owned by men. However, i am glad initiatives are being taken to improve women participation in tech. It can only get better!
