- Andela's campus in Nairobi, Kenya is the largest among all its campuses and possibly the largest by a technology company in Africa, housing about 650 people with the capacity for almost 1,300.
- The campus features a main building with fingerprint or card access, meeting rooms named after African cities, small private rooms, a tent for new engineers, leisure areas like a cafeteria and game room, and even a nursery being set up for staff members' kids.
